Law enforcement officers released a video of the first minutes after yesterday's hostile shelling of Kostyantynivka. One person was killed and one was wounded in the attack, UNN reports, citing the National Police.
Police paramedics immediately arrived at the scene. In one of the apartments, they found a 41-year-old woman with a shrapnel head injury. The injury was incompatible with life.
There were also two teenagers in the house who were not injured.
A 64-year-old man who was on the street was also wounded during the shelling. Police paramedics provided him with first aid and took him to the emergency room. The wounded man's condition is not serious.
