According to him, today the court chose a preventive measure for him – detention without the right to pay bail.
Regarding the BMW passenger, he was charged under 136 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Prosecutors supported the request to choose a preventive measure for him - round-the-clock house arrest.
According to the investigation, after the accident, the driver fled the scene of the accident, and a minor passenger was also with him. About an hour later, they returned to the scene of the accident. According to available information, including video from surveillance cameras, the last person driving a BMW car was an adult person involved.
