Last week, entrepreneurs received 643 soft loans totaling UAH 2.4 billion under the state program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%", of which 521 loans were from public sector banks for UAH 1.4 billion.

In order to optimize the State Programs "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" and "Affordable Financial Leasing 5-7-9%" under martial law, the Government adopted Resolution No. 229 dated 14 March 2023, which amended certain resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the provision of financial state support to business entities.
It is also worth noting that at the end of last year, the Affordable Factoring Program was launched, which became a new financial instrument under the State Program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" aimed at providing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with working capital.
