The electricity needs of consumers are covered by their own generation and commercial imports, without emergency assistance. There are restrictions in Kharkiv and Kryvyi Rih. In Kharkiv and Mykolaiv regions, more than 260 subscribers are without gas supply due to shelling. This was reported on Saturday by the Ministry of Energy, UNN writes.

"Due to network constraints on the transmission system operator's lines, yesterday blackout schedules were applied in Kharkiv region and for industry in Kryvyi Rih. Restrictions in these regions are still in effect today. In other regions, consumers were not restricted yesterday," the ministry said.

"Yesterday, the needs of consumers were covered by our own generation and commercial imports. Emergency assistance was not involved," the Ministry of Energy said.

Consequences of shelling

Emergency repair and restoration works are underway at the facilities attacked by the enemy during the latest massive attacks.

In Chernihiv region, 600 subscribers in 6 settlements were cut off from electricity supply as a result of shelling. All have been reconnected.

In Mykolaiv region, high and low pressure gas pipelines were damaged by rocket fire, leaving 163 customers without gas supply. In Kharkiv region, a gas pipeline was damaged by shelling, leaving 100 customers without gas supply.

De-energization

In Kyiv region, a technological failure on overhead lines twice cut off power to household consumers, local industry, and a gas distribution station. The line was put back online and all consumers were supplied with power.

Emergencies

In Donetsk Oblast, one of the mines in the Donetsk region suffered a malfunction of ventilation equipment. As a result, 41 workers were brought to the surface. In the evening, the ventilation was put back into operation.

Import and export

For the current day, electricity imports are forecast at 6300 MWh.
