The Ministry of Social Policy has told about the creation of a digital tool that will help establish communication with citizens abroad and facilitate their return. Within the department, they call it the "eHomeland", but there is no official name for the platform yet. This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Daryna Marchak, during the forum, reports the correspondent of UNN.
"We are talking with partners and donors about the creation of a digital tool, for ourselves we call it the "eHomeland", but the name may change. We are talking about creating a digital tool for interaction with Ukrainians abroad who are considering the possibility of returning to Ukraine", - Marchak said.
According to her, it is very important to build systemic communications with Ukrainians abroad "in a broad sense".
"We need to work on preserving and increasing the loyalty of Ukrainians abroad, so that they have opportunities to work in Ukraine", - she added.

According to the Action Plan for the implementation of the Strategy for Demographic Development of Ukraine for the period up to 2040 in 2024-2027, the development of a platform for Ukrainians abroad, which contains all the necessary information for citizens returning or intending to return to Ukraine, is the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
