The Shevchenkivskyi Court has overturned the seizure of UkrArmoTech's accounts. The enterprise continues to fulfill 11 contracts for the supply of equipment to the Defense Forces.

The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv has lifted the seizure of the bank accounts of the Ukrainian armored vehicle manufacturer UkrArmoTech, known for its GYURZA and TISA armored vehicles. This was reported by Defense Express, according to UNN.

Details

The company stated that following the court's decision on May 29, the enterprise has returned to its normal operating mode and continues to fulfill state orders for the Defense Forces. UkrArmoTech emphasized that the freezing of accounts created risks for the execution of 11 active contracts for the supply of armored vehicles and other military products.

The case is linked to armored vehicle supplies

The company's accounts were seized as part of criminal proceedings regarding the alleged supply of GYURZA armored vehicles with components at inflated prices. Investigators are also verifying the effectiveness of the electronic warfare systems installed on some of the vehicles.

UkrArmoTech rejects the allegations and states that the cost of their products corresponds to market conditions, and all equipment undergoes the necessary testing and military acceptance. The company also announced its readiness to cooperate with the investigation and conduct independent expert evaluations, calling the case itself part of a campaign to discredit the Ukrainian manufacturer.
