228 combat engagements took place on the frontline yesterday, most of them on the Vremivsk and Siversk directions, according to the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, UNN reports.

Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile attack with two missiles at the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, as well as 36 air strikes, dropping 65 KABs. In addition, it fired more than 4,000 times, 170 of them from multiple launch rocket systems.
Over the past day, the missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit four areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, in addition, one other important object of the invaders was hit.
The situation is as follows in terms of directions:
In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy stormed the positions of our troops ten times in the areas of Vysoka Yaruga, Tykhove and Vovchansk.
Four occupants' attacks took place in the Kupyansk sector over the last day. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Zahryzove and Lozova.
The enemy attacked in the Lyman direction 20 times. They tried to break into our defense near Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Terny, Tverdokhlibove and Nadiya.
In the Siverskiy sector, 34 combat engagements took place near Bilohorivka, Verkhnekamianske, Ivan-Daryivka and Vyymka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the occupants attacked four times in the areas of Chasovyi Yar and Stupochky.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy, supported by air, carried out 12 attacks near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 32 aggressor's assault and offensive actions near the settlements of Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachenske, Zelene, Pishchane and Novooleynivka.
In the Kurakhove sector, the Defense Forces repelled 32 attacks. The occupants tried to advance in the areas of Staryi Terny, Sontsivka, Zorya, Kurakhove and Uspenivka.
On the Vremivsky direction, the enemy made 35 attacks on our positions in the areas of Sukhi Yaliv, Rozlyv, Zelenivka, Kostiantynopolske, Trudove, Novyi Komar, Novosilka and Makarivka. He actively used attack and bomber aircraft to attack the area.
On the Prydniprovsky direction, Russian invaders tried five times to force our units out of their positions. We received a tough rebuff and suffered losses.
No signs of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissia directions.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy is using artillery and attack UAVs in the vicinity of Ukrainian settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation.
The operation in the Kursk region continues. Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders repelled 38 enemy attacks in the area. Enemy aircraft continue to strike with guided aerial bombs at Ukrainian territory. At present, there are five known air strikes involving five KABs.
Our soldiers inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
