The law adopted by the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which allows Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to send troops to other countries, shows the real face of the regime in Moscow to the entire world. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhii Tykhyi, reports UNN.

According to him, this is particularly important against the backdrop of the legal launch of the Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
"This decision can be characterized in two words: aggressive lawlessness. By granting himself the unlimited right to use Russian occupation forces outside the country under the pretext of supposedly 'protecting Russian citizens,' Putin is effectively admitting that aggression has become the norm of Russia's state policy,"
He recalled that, addressing the Reichstag in February 1938, German Fuhrer Adolf Hitler justified aggressive plans to occupy the Sudetenland with similar arguments: the "terrible living conditions of German compatriots in Czechoslovakia."
