A water main accident occurred in Kyiv on Bilytska Street in the Podilskyi district, creating a sinkhole into which a car fell; traffic is restricted, the Kyiv City State Administration reported on Monday, UNN writes.
On Bilytska Street, specialists from Kyivvodokanal localized a leak from the water supply network that occurred on the roadway. Traffic on the street is currently restricted
Bus No. 32 is reportedly operating with changes.
"Special equipment is expected to evacuate the car that fell into the sinkhole. After that, repair crews will begin work on the network," the Kyiv City State Administration stated.
Local online public pages are publishing photos from the scene.
Water supply is temporarily unavailable at several addresses on Bilytska Street.
