Law enforcement officers exposed a criminal organization that manufactured and sold drugs on a large scale. 14 people were detained, including the organizer.

Law enforcers shut down a channel for the manufacture and sale of drugs and psychotropics in particularly large amounts, and detained 14 people. A police officer was an accomplice of the drug group. UNN reports this with reference to the Prosecutor General's Office. 

Under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office, the SBU exposed members of a criminal organization that organized illegal production and sale of drugs The drug dealers were engaged in illegal activities with the assistance of a police officer. The organizer, two co-organizers and 12 participants were served suspicion notices

According to the investigation, the drug business was organized by a resident of Zaporizhzhia. He involved at least 14 accomplices in the manufacture and sale of drugs.  Each of them was responsible for his own area of work - supply, storage of "goods", further sale and legalization of funds received from drug trafficking.  

According to prosecutors, drug dealers systematically purchased precursors for the manufacture of methamphetamine, packaging of cocaine, cannabis and other types of drugs in rented apartments. They sold drugs and psychotropics through specially created Telegram channels and by mail.

They sold drugs without personal meetings with customers - through so-called "bookmarks" in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro regions and in Kyiv.

They accepted payments for the "goods" to bank accounts and crypto wallets under their control.

Law enforcement officers conducted more than 50 searches at the suspects' residences and vehicles, as well as drug storage facilities. The law enforcement seized drugs, bank cards, cars, cash, mobile phones, computer equipment, flash drives, hard drives, draft records, weapons and ammunition, electronic scales, and equipment for manufacturing and packaging products.
