In addition, the "Affordable Medicines" program is being expanded. The list of free medicines will be increased, and they can be obtained with an electronic prescription.
Changes will also affect the medical sphere - the state is strengthening control over the issuance of sick leaves, which should reduce abuse.
Also, an updated excise tax will be introduced in April, which will affect the cost of tobacco products - an increase in cigarette prices is expected.
In addition, local self-government bodies will be allowed to increase salaries for out-of-school education workers above the norms established by the state.
Overall, the changes are aimed at strengthening social protection, control in the field of medicine, and the gradual adaptation of economic policy.
