It is noted that the traffic accident occurred on April 6 at about 19:45 on Dmytrivska Street. Currently, investigators of the Zhytomyr District Police Department are establishing all the circumstances of the incident in the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of the rules of road safety or operation of transport by persons driving vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
