Schlethauer was born in Slavgorod, Russia, in 2002. As reported by Mediaphone-Belarus, he had a Belarusian residence permit since 2018, and worked in Kamianka at a plant for the production of polymer products and packaging. During the trial, Vyasna reports that the young man gave birth to a child.
