Zelenskyy pointed out that Ukraine has been asking its partners to close the skies or provide planes since the first day of the full-scale Russian invasion.
"We knew it was possible, that the world had the power to do it. For this purpose, we combined political, diplomatic and military work. Gradually, step by step, we managed to achieve the result. F-16s are already in the Ukrainian sky. And there will be even more of them!" - said the President of Ukraine on social media.
