Reached the limit of booked employees? Unbook an employee and grant an extension to another - online, without delays or errors. The service is available for managers and authorized persons of companies

How to cancel an employee's reservation on the Diia portal

• Log in to the portal with the electronic signature of the legal entity;

• Select the Employee booking cancellation service;

• Submit an application with employee data for reservation;

• Check the application and sign it with an electronic signature;

• Expect the result within a day - by email and in your personal account.

You can apply for a cancellation only once every 30 days. And if the company loses its criticality status, the reservation is canceled automatically.
