Former Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak has not yet been summoned for interrogation. The lawyer emphasized that the defense considers Andriy Yermak to be completely innocent.

Currently, the former head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, has not been summoned for interrogation; however, this must occur in accordance with the requirements of the law. This was reported to a UNN journalist by Andriy Yermak's lawyer, Ihor Fomin.

The lawyer noted that he does not know exactly where Andriy Yermak is at the moment. At the same time, he assured that his client has not yet been summoned for interrogation within the framework of the case.

"Well, I don't know where he is right now. Maybe at home, maybe not. But clearly not in my office," the lawyer remarked.

At the same time, the defense attorney added that a summons for interrogation is possible in the future, as provided by law.

"Has he been summoned for interrogation now? No, but according to the law, he must be summoned, as this is directly provided for by the Criminal Procedure Code," noted Ihor Fomin.

Ihor Fomin also confirmed that both he and his client have reviewed the notice of suspicion. Furthermore, according to the lawyer, he is currently studying the case materials.

When asked about the details of the case and the charges, the lawyer refused to disclose information, citing restrictions provided by law. At the same time, the defense attorney emphasized that the defense considers Andriy Yermak to be completely innocent.

"We believe that our client is innocent of committing any crime, especially the one currently being alleged," the lawyer emphasized.
