Some Vodafone subscribers complain that they cannot make a phone call. When you try to make a call, the call is immediately dropped. The company has not commented on this issue yet.
Also, users of a Ukrainian bank called Sense Bank reported a malfunction of the mobile application. In particular, it does not display bank cards. Instead, the app displays a blank screen.
However, the press service of the financial institution has already responded to this. They say that Sense SuperApp (online banking in a smartphone) is currently experiencing temporary technical difficulties.
Digital Bank is currently experiencing an unplanned technical break. We are actively working to restore all services and are making every effort to bring them back online as soon as possible,
What doesn't work at Sense Bank:
- Display products, cards, and invoices.
- Transfers and currency exchange.
- Payment for services.
- Buying bonds and car insurance.
- Opening deposits and loans.
The bank notes that if a customer needs urgent help, they should write to Sense Bank on any social network (you can even comment on posts) or use the support chat.
As soon as all systems are restored, the bank promises to report it immediately.
In addition, the Ukrainian bank Monobank also faces difficulties. In particular, customers are unable to set up a "bank" for savings. It should be noted that such "banks" are often created to collect money for humanitarian aid, medical aid or for the needs of the military.
