The Nadiia Youth Initiative Charitable Foundation and Valeriy Dubil, Chairman of the Foundation's Supervisory Board and First Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on National Health, handed over the latest electronic equipment to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine to strengthen the defense capabilities of our military. At a personal meeting with the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov, they discussed not only the current needs of the units, but also further plans to provide the military with advanced technologies for their safety and effectiveness on the battlefield.
In today's warfare, where air threats and drones are becoming a common challenge, it is important to provide Ukrainian soldiers with everything they need to counter them. During the last meeting with the DIU leadership, we once again handed over the latest electronic equipment that will increase the efficiency of their work. Among them are 12 autonomous electronic warfare systems of the "backpack" type, designed for mobile use in different frequency bands, and 4 automobile electronic warfare systems "Sova", capable of blocking signals over long distances. Additionally, we delivered 2 signal amplification systems for controlling Step 100 drones, which allow operators to maintain reliable communication and control at a considerable distance
Dubil also said that a separate DIU unit received two more Sova vehicle electronic warfare systems and a Step 100 amplifier, which will enhance their protection in high-risk areas.
The Nadiia Youth Initiative Foundation has previously provided various technical equipment to the DIU and other military units: vehicles, more than a hundred FPV drones, Starlink terminals, drones and thermal imagers. This significantly helps the Ukrainian military to perform tasks in the most difficult areas of the frontline. "The "Nadiya" Foundation together with its partners will continue to support the defenders, because each transfer is not only technical assistance, but also the safety and preservation of the lives of our soldiers," added Valeriy Dubil.
The shipment was made possible thanks to the support of the partners of the "Nadiya" Foundation: the Gereg family and the Epicenter company, the Volunteer Battalion Foundation, as well as Roman Bochkala, Yevhen Dovbnya, Yulia Bogatyryova, Anatoliy Shkriblyak, Oleksiy Omelyanenko, Svyatoslav Nechyporenko, Dmytro Nikitin, Vladlen Nikitin and Ihor Kucherenko.
In total, thanks to the efforts of the Nadiia Foundation, the Ukrainian intelligence and defense forces received high-tech equipment worth over UAH 10 million. In particular, more than 40 electronic warfare systems of various types were transferred, which contribute to the successful completion of tasks in important areas such as Kursk, Orikhiv, Kupiansk, Lyman, Pokrovsk and other areas.
