These messages were immediately spread by Russian propaganda resources
The Center for Countering Disinformation emphasizes that this information is actually distorted and not fully true, as the TV channels referred to a message from the US Embassy from 2022.

“There is no mention of any strikes on government targets or recommendations to leave Ukraine in the US Embassy's message. The danger of enemy missile and drone strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities is constant, regardless of holidays and “round dates,” the Center for International Affairs emphasized.
