The Russian aggressor continues
its actions against Ukraine, so the term demobilization will be used only after the war is over. But
the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has found a solution that will allow
to partially discharge the military.
In an interview with
"Defense Minister Rustem Umerov told Suspilne TV channel, UNN reports.
We can use the word demobilization only after the war is over. Since the enemy continues to fight, we have found solutions that will allow people to partially retire. (...) We are working on this - legally, legislatively, and technically - we understand and want to get an answer for those who have been in the fields for two years. We will provide this right.

We are part of society, and in this regard, we are working on those who are already at war, and we have found solutions that will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada. It will be a huge cluster of solutions that have been accumulating over the past two years
He also added that today's goal is to "paradigmatically change the issue of mobilization to an honor"
