Today, during the enemy air attack in the Northern Operational Zone, the Defense Forces of Ukraine of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 55 enemy attack unmanned aerial vehicles of the "Shahed" type. This was reported by the Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhiy Nayev, according to UNN.
28 UAVs were were destroyed by mobile air defense fire groups equipped with heavy machine guns, man-portable air defense systems and anti-aircraft guns.
In particular, in the 7 attack drones were destroyed in the Sumy sector, 4 kamikaze drones in the Chernihiv sector kamikaze drones, and 17 enemy UAVs in the Kyiv sector.
