"In the occupied Sevastopol on the night of April 2, representatives of the Ukrainian military intelligence blew up a power substation," the newspaper writes, citing sources in the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.
Local publics wrotethat at night, residents of the city heard explosions, after which the power went out in one of the districts of Sevastopol.
"Locals told Suspilne Krym that in the morning the lights were flickering, but now there are no power outages.
The occupation governor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhayev , said in his telegram channel that there was no electricity in the city due to an alleged short circuit. At 07:48, the so-called Sevastopolenergo published information that between 02:07 and 06:42 on April 2, there was a technological disruption in the power grid.
