The bodyguard of MP Mykola Tyshchenko, Konstantin Tsuber, who is suspected of unlawful imprisonment of a serviceman in Dnipro together with the MP, has entered into a plea agreement with the investigation and pledged to testify, in particular against Tyshchenko. UNN reports this with reference to the verdict of the Babushkinsky District Court of Dnipropetrovs'k.

Reportedly, on November 7, Zuber entered into a plea agreement to plead guilty to illegal deprivation of liberty committed by prior conspiracy (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and torture (Part 2 of Article 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He pledged to cooperate with the investigation and provide testimony incriminating other persons involved in the commission of criminal offenses, to provide incriminating testimony regarding the involvement of the People's Deputy of Ukraine and other persons in the commission of criminal offenses.
The court approved the agreement.
According to the agreement, Zuber was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but due to the plea agreement, the court released him from serving his sentence and commuted it to probation.
It is worth noting that Zuber was released from punishment on the condition that he does not commit a new criminal offense within two years.
The court's ruling also states that UAH 6 ,058.24 was recovered from him in favor of the state.
Addendum
In June, Tyshchenko was served with a notice of suspicion over the unlawful deprivation of liberty of a former serviceman in Dnipro.
Kyiv's Pechersk District Court has extended the round-the-clock house arrest of MP Mykola Tyshchenko, who is suspected of unlawfully depriving a serviceman of his liberty in Dnipro, until December 23.
