According to the patrol police, an accident occurred in the Chernivtsi region, near the village of Nedoboivtsi on the H-03 Zhytomyr-Chernivtsi highway.
"All relevant services are working at the scene. Patrol policemen are controlling traffic. Reverse traffic has been organized," the statement said.
