Smile 2022 - Sensitive psychiatrist Dr. Rose Cotter is used to treating the most vulnerable members of society. However, the unexplained case of her patient Laura is a completely different story. During a conversation with the doctor, she claims that she is being pursued by an evil force hiding behind sinister smiles. The unsuspecting Dr. Cotter tries to rationalize the terrifying illusions of the deeply disturbed young woman. When a smile appears on Laura's face, she slits her throat, shocking Rose.
