Everyone in Ukraine understands that changes are needed in this area (mobilization - ed.). And this is not just a question of the number of people who can be mobilized. This is a question of timing - for everyone who is currently in the army, for demobilization, and for those who will join the army. And this is a question of conditions. These are complex issues that need to be worked out by the military leadership and the Ministry of Defense and submitted to the Chief of Staff for approval.
