The Ministry of Defense is not working on the implementation of electronic summonses in the Reserve+ application. The deputy minister said that there is currently no legal basis for this and no relevant government orders.

The Ministry of Defense is not currently working on implementing the function of sending electronic subpoenas through the Reserve+ application. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Transformation Kateryna Chernogorenko during a telethon, UNN correspondent reports.

There is no reason to start this work now, there is no legal basis. We are not doing this work, the Ministry of Defense and the digital team are not doing this work. As soon as the relevant legislation is adopted and the government issues relevant instructions, we will be able to start working on this. There is no reason to do this now
