The Ministry of Defense is not currently working on implementing the function of sending electronic subpoenas through the Reserve+ application. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Transformation Kateryna Chernogorenko during a telethon, UNN correspondent reports.

There is no reason to start this work now, there is no legal basis. We are not doing this work, the Ministry of Defense and the digital team are not doing this work. As soon as the relevant legislation is adopted and the government issues relevant instructions, we will be able to start working on this. There is no reason to do this now

The Reserve+ app should feature online recruitment, a referral to the VLC that can be generated through the app, and an online deferment that will apply to parents with many children and full-time students at the first stage of the update.
