A Delaware court has again blocked a huge salary package for Tesla CEO Elon Musk, which was approved by the company's shareholders. This is reported by AFP, reports UNN.

The package, whose total value is estimated at 5 56 billion (approximately 53 billion euros), was rejected by a judge back in January of this year due to its unreasonableness and unfairness towards shareholders.
Despite the court's decision, Tesla shareholders again confirmed this fact in June, but on Monday a judge ruled that a new vote could not reverse its January decision. This means that the company and Musk will again be unable to implement the proposed compensation package.
