In the evening, the Russians launched strikes with guided aerial bombs on the city. At one address, a balcony in a multi-story building and two cars caught fire, and the blast wave damaged neighboring buildings and 12 vehicles. At another address, warehouses were damaged and a fire broke out in an open area.
Rescuers extinguished all fires. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided support to 50 people (including 9 children).
The number of injured is being clarified.
