The Ministry of Reintegration explained how residents of the temporarily occupied territories should act during the occupation pseudo-elections, indicating that they should refrain from participating, observing or providing any assistance in their conduct, UNN writes.

"Any attempts by the occupation authorities to organize and hold pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied territories are illegal," the ministry said.
The agency emphasized that these actions contradict Ukrainian legislation, as well as the fundamental principles and norms of international law, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine reminds.
"The results of such 'elections' will not have any legal consequences and cannot be recognized by the international community," the Ministry of Reintegration stated in .
Therefore, Ukrainians who were forced to stay in the TOT, according to the Ministry of Reintegration, should refrain from doing so:
- participation in the "elections";
- dissemination of information or propaganda;
- observation of pseudo-elections;
- other measures aimed at organizing and conducting these illegal elections.
"It is noted that participation in the organization and holding of pseudo-elections or public calls for their holding are subject to criminal liability," the Ministry of Reintegration reported.
