The Kremlin's investment representative Kirill Dmitriev stated that he held a telephone conversation yesterday with American envoy Steve Witkoff and U.S. President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner.
Dmitriev stated that Russia is in a "good dialogue" with the American envoy and specified that projects will be carried out both on "Russian territory" and in the "Arctic," including "high-tech and infrastructure projects."
