A month ago, Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, signed an order together with the military command that allowed the city to take control of the boiler house responsible for heating the building.

For two years, more than two thousand Odesa residents were left without heating due to a conflict between the boiler house owner and the condominium association. A month ago, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, signed an order together with the military command that allowed the city to take over the boiler house responsible for heating the building. As of today, the heat has been returned to the homes of Odesa residents - the boiler house has been launched, UNN reports, citing Kiper's Telegram message.

"I will keep an eye on the situation," the head of the OVA promised.

He also spoke about the role of the city authorities in resolving the situation.

According to Kiper, they negotiated with the bank to transfer the boilers and everything else needed to keep the boiler house running to the city hall for the winter period. And the city council members voted to allocate funds to resolve this problem.
