Details
Today, the HACC continued the hearing that was postponed last week due to the deterioration of Mudra’s health.
The prosecution is asking to remand Mudra in custody with the alternative of bail set at UAH 150 million.
The defense insists that there is no need to impose a preventive measure on Mudra.
Mudra is suspected in connection with the NABU “Forrest Gump” case. According to the investigation, the case concerns the laundering of UAH 150 million that was posted as bail for a defendant in the “Midas” case.
