The European Commission has allocated 4.5 billion euros from a 50-billion-euro fund for Ukraine.

The European Commission today allocated 4.5 billion euros to Ukraine from the 50-billion-euro Ukraine Facility, which is designed for four years, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said, UNN reports.
