He clarified that two other victims received medical assistance on the spot and will be treated on an outpatient basis.
In turn, the mayor of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, reported that at the sites of the attacks, public utilities "will start working as soon as the SES and police give permission".
"People and equipment are already on standby. We are working," the mayor wrote.
