The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has dismissed First Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development Vasyl Shkurakov. It also appointed Rostislav Zamlynsky as the first deputy of the State Special Communications Service , the government's representative in parliament, Taras Melnychuk, said on Friday in Telegram, according to UNN.

According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine..:
- Vasyl Oleksandrovych Shkurakov was dismissed from the post of First Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
- Rostyslav Zamlynskyi was appointed First Deputy Head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.
