A key element of the upcoming Big Bang Theory spin-off series for Max is already in place - its creative team, Deadline reports, UNN writes.

Franchise manager Chuck Lorre, one of the creators of the original series and all its offshoots, was the only announced "patron" of the series, which will star Big Bang alumni Kevin Sussman, Brian Posen and Lauren Lepkus.
Lorre has teamed up with screenwriter Zack Penn (The Avengers, Ready Player One, Free Guy) on the project, Deadline's sources say. They were joined by Bill Predy, one of the creators of The Big Bang Theory. The trio is co-writing the script and intends to become an executive producer of the series from Big Bang Warner Bros. TV, where Lorrie is based.

"The Big Bang Theory debuted on CBS in 2007 and was the #1 comedy on TV when it ended in 2019 as the longest-running multi-camera series in television history, with 279 episodes over 12 seasons.
