Over the past day, Ukrainian intelligence recorded isolated movements of Russian troops in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region. In this way, they are trying to restore the combat readiness of their units. This was reported by the spokesman of the OTGT "Kharkiv" Yuriy Povkh on the air of a telethon on Saturday, the correspondent of UNN reports.

"Over the past day, our intelligence recorded isolated enemy movements in Vovchansk. In this way they are trying to restore the combat readiness of their units located there. The enemy is constantly rotating its units not only in Vovchansk, but also in other localities where fighting is taking place or on their outskirts," said Povkh.
According to him, over the past day, for example, enemy losses in the area of responsibility of the "Kharkiv" military unit reached 1304 killed and wounded.
When asked that the US-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that geolocation footage released on July 5 showed that Russian troops had recently advanced into the center of Vovchansk, and what enabled the Russians to make these advances, Povkh replied: "There has been no official report of any enemy advance in Vovchansk by our side, so I cannot comment on your statement.
