Special forces of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine have launched a comprehensive attack on a Russian base in Syria. This was reported to UNN journalist by his own sources.
For example, the source said that Ukrainian intelligence special forces had conducted a comprehensive strike on a Russian base in Syria.
“The GUR's strike on the Russian base in Syria. It is very important to destroy everything that concerns Russian interests,” wrote the head of the NSDC's Central Intelligence Department, Defense Force officer Andriy Kovalenko, commenting on the video of the special operation.

According to Kyiv Post sources in the intelligence service, the “Chemist” group carried out another comprehensive strike on the positions of the Russian occupation forces in Syria at the end of July 2024.
This time, the target of the attack was Russian military equipment at the occupied Kuveyres airfield, located east of Aleppo.
The released videos show the main episodes of the attack: First, a Russian electronic warfare vehicle is destroyed, and then the drones attack Russian military targets at the airfield itself. The strike reportedly took place the day after Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday, July 24.
This airfield is controlled by the Russians and has been used for military purposes since 2015.
A source in Ukrainian intelligence said that it is known that the facility was also used to train and send foreign mercenaries to fight in Ukraine.
