"Shortly after this statement was made public, the Spanish Embassy in Kyiv announced that it would not provide services during the day due to the "increased risk of air attacks across Ukraine," the publication points out.
In an email sent to Spaniards living in the country, the embassy reportedly recommends that they "take extreme precautions, follow all recommendations of local authorities and always have a shelter.
