Spain follows the US in suspending its embassy in Kyiv due to the threat of an attack - EFE

The Spanish Embassy in Kyiv, following the US diplomatic mission, has decided to temporarily close its headquarters after receiving information about a possible air attack this Wednesday, EFE reports, UNN writes.

"Shortly after this statement was made public, the Spanish Embassy in Kyiv announced that it would not provide services during the day due to the "increased risk of air attacks across Ukraine," the publication points out.

In an email sent to Spaniards living in the country, the embassy reportedly recommends that they "take extreme precautions, follow all recommendations of local authorities and always have a shelter.
