In the Lviv region, an orange level of danger remains due to difficult weather conditions and strong wind gusts. The bad weather has already led to power outages and damage in several districts of the region, including the Drohobych area. This was reported by the Lviv Regional State Administration, according to UNN.
As a result of the storm in the region, 103 settlements are currently without electricity: 21 completely and 82 partially,
39 brigades of "Lvivoblenergo" are working to restore power. Nearly 170 specialists and 60 units of equipment have been deployed, the report says.
Fallen trees were recorded in the Lviv, Zolochiv, Sheptytskyi, and Drohobych districts.
Information was also received that the wind tore the roof off a private house in the Zolochiv district and a school in the Lviv district. Relevant services are currently verifying this information.
