This was stated on Monday by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Kovalenko, after the morning air alert against the background of Russia's deployment of strategic aviation and carriers of the Dagger Mig-31K missiles, UNN reports.

"As I said, the Russians have everything ready for massive shelling. There are enough missiles, they are accumulated at strategic aviation airfields and are still being accumulated. Aviation is also ready," Kovalenko wrote on Telegram.
He noted that "the Russians are practicing tactics of simulated launches - this is also part of keeping aviation ready for action.
"And the enemy uses this for psychological pressure," Kovalenko said.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported that in the morning of November 11, Russian troops were taking off with 8 Tu-95 aircraft.
Subsequently, the KCMA stated that due to the threat of a missile strike, Kyiv had introduced emergency power outage schedules. And that Russia had been raising both strategic aviation and Mig-31K Dagger missile carriers, but no launches had been made.
At the moment, in particular in Kyiv and the region, the air raid alert has been canceled.
