According to the investigation, on March 25, 2024, at about 16:20, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the occupiers dropped 2 guided aerial bombs on the civilian infrastructure of the Velykopysarivska community of Okhtyrka district.
The enemy attack damaged the building of a secondary school. Under the procedural control of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
It is noted that prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of the shelling. The pre-trial investigation is conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine in Sumy region.
