In order to adjust the strikes, the perpetrators would walk the streets of the city under the guise of walking, where they would covertly record the locations of the Defense Forces. Another task of the Russian agents was to collect intelligence on the consequences of enemy "arrivals" in the regional center.

The traitorous ex-deputy "summarized" the information he had received and sent it to the resident (senior) agent of the agent group via messenger. It turned out to be his local acquaintance, who cooperated with the FSB during the occupation of the region. On the eve of the liberation of the regional center, he fled to Russia, where he continued to cooperate with the occupiers.

In the course of the investigation, the SBU also identified and documented the fourth member of the Russian agent, who is in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

Currently, all four Russian agents have been notified of suspicion.
