This was stated by Deputy Energy Minister Mykola Kolisnyk during a telethon, a correspondent of UNN reports.

At the same time, we see that the enemy is trying to carry out complex attacks and disrupt the integrity of the power system to the maximum extent possible. He noted that each shelling does not add capacity to the power system.
“Today we are actively working with international partners, and emergency repair teams are on the move to ensure a quick recovery,” Kolisnyk said.
In addition, he noted that temperature is a predictable factor, which is taken into account in forecasts and ensuring the operation of the power system, maintaining the balance of the power system.
“The shelling is a factor that constantly makes adjustments... The schedules are temporary,” said Kolisnyk.
