On the night of June 28, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with missiles and various types of attack drones. Ukrainian forces shot down or suppressed 132 enemy aerial targets. This was reported by UNN citing the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the Air Force, the attack began at 18:00 on June 27. The enemy used two Zircon/Onyx anti-ship missiles from the Kursk region, six Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles from the Bryansk region, and 142 attack UAVs.
Among the drones used by the Russians to attack Ukraine were Shahed, including jet-powered ones, Gerbera, Italmas, and Parody-type decoy drones. The Russian military launched them from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, and Prymorsko-Akhtarsk in the Russian Federation, as well as from temporarily occupied Donetsk and Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data as of 08:30, Ukrainian air defense shot down or suppressed one Zircon/Onyx anti-ship missile, six Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles, and 125 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types.
The Air Force neutralized them in the north, south, and east of the country.
At the same time, hits by one missile and 14 attack UAVs were recorded at 11 locations. They also report the fall of downed targets or their debris at 13 locations.
The Air Force noted that as of the morning, the attack was still ongoing, and several enemy UAVs were in the airspace. Ukrainians were urged to follow safety rules.
Reminder
Over the past day, 241 combat engagements occurred on the front line. The enemy carried out one missile and 88 airstrikes, and the occupiers' losses amounted to 1,250 personnel.
