This is one of Russia's key hubs for maritime energy exports following the partial redirection of flows from Novorossiysk.
"A fragment of a downed UAV hit an industrial facility in Yaroslavl," Governor Mikhail Yevrayev wrote on his Telegram channel.
It is also reported online that the "Nurlino" linear production and dispatch station (LPDS) caught fire in Bashkortostan. "The causes of the fire have not yet been established. There were no air danger signals in the region," ASTRA reported.
It added that local channels, citing the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, wrote that "the fire occurred due to a violation of the technological process at the linear production and dispatch station."
