However, some propagandists went even further in their cynicism, claiming that the tragedy in the capital was a "performance and a staged event" organized by Ukraine itself,
The claims in Russian Telegram channels that Ukraine allegedly "mined and blew up the building itself for the sake of the visuals" are blatant nonsense. While the enemy invents absurd theories, Ukrainian investigators and experts at the site of the strike are documenting this crime step-by-step, gathering evidence. According to preliminary data, the residential building in Kyiv was hit by a Russian Kh-101 missile.
The Russian Federation bears sole responsibility for the deaths of peaceful Kyiv residents and the destruction of civilian infrastructure. No cynical excuses, absurd theories, or information manipulations will help the aggressor hide another war crime against humanity,
