The Russian government has imposed a new ban on the export of gasoline, diesel fuel, and other types of fuel until January 31, 2027. Russian media report this, writes UNN.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated on Saturday that the Russian authorities plan to extend the ban on fuel exports.
At the same time, he then claimed that the ban on fuel exports would be extended until the end of 2026, while restrictions on diesel fuel exports would be lifted "as the market recovers."
It is noted that from September 1 of this year, the restrictions will not apply to diesel and marine fuel, as well as gas oil exported from the territory of Russia by direct producers.
Fuel exports will also be allowed under international intergovernmental agreements and for providing humanitarian aid to foreign states based on government decisions.
The validity period of the ban on diesel and gasoline exports for Russian producers expired on July 31.
