Today, during a massive attack, the enemy struck the Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill, which produces "Obukhiv 65" toilet paper, the "Dyvo" product line, and other sanitary and hygienic products. The production process has been temporarily suspended for safety reasons, UNN reports.
On April 3, 2026, the Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill was again hit as a result of an enemy attack. For safety reasons and to eliminate the consequences, the production process at the enterprise's facilities is currently temporarily suspended.
The Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill emphasized that it produces exclusively consumer goods for the civilian population and is in no way connected with military infrastructure, defense complex facilities, or military orders. A strike on such facilities is an attack on civilian industry and the provision of basic household needs for ordinary Ukrainians.
The forced shutdown jeopardizes the stable supply of goods that are used daily in thousands of Ukrainian homes. In particular, this refers to the uninterrupted production of such recognizable paper products as the classic "Obukhiv 65", the "Dyvo" product line, other sanitary and hygienic products from our assortment, and corrugated packaging.
Currently, the plant's management and relevant services are continuously monitoring the situation.
We hope that the Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill will definitely return to full operation to continue providing people with our high-quality and much-needed products.
